“My experience with StonyCreek was not as I envisioned on my journey to wellness unfortunately - I went through an intake for specialized therapy after seeking a certified provider of EMDR and after waiting for correspondence over a week I was informed the provider that StonyCreek was seeking to pair with me was not infact a certified provider in the specified modality, and that my participation would contribute to the providers certification hours. As an individual with the "triple hit" of Neurological Pain, Neurodevelopmental conditions as well as co morbid Mental Health challenges this was unacceptable. I do require specialized care by certified providers which is why I sought the service StonyCreek advertised as suitable for my needs, only to be placed on a waiting list, without a follow up correspondence after. I hope others are able to access the care they need and are not subject to the experience that i have. My medical team is working diligently to help find me a suitable provider in lieu of this situation, as I hoped StonyCreek would provide.”
