I really wasn't sure how I was going to be able to take this appointment, but Dr. Erika took the time that she needed. To make sure to give me the. Respect, I deserved the courtesy I. Desired, and took the time to learn my case with any gaps that my medical history did not cover. She made sure that I not only felt cared about, but I didn't feel like there was something wrong with me at the end of the appointment. I just felt like I had a medical issue that we were going to tackle together.”

“I find the office staff to be some of the most un empathetic and rude employees unfortunately. In a center like this when people are often in tremendous amounts of pain to be met with unsympathetic Nonempathetic people answering the phone that are curt and rude is unacceptable.. Also, you may need to note and call in to schedule an appointment at the three year mark (zero communication on this from them until you need a refill) because even if you have a diagnosis from them that you wouldn't need to be seen in that timeframe, you no longer are a patient and cannot get any more of your refills until you start the whole process again. Which is when you're then calling in and being met with the staff on the phone. Everything you hope for when already dealing with a completely debilitating disease. Do better staff.”
