How likely are you to recommend LifeStance Therapists & Psychiatrists Portland?
“My experience with LifeStance Health has been amazing. I was assigned a therapist with whom I immediately felt comfortable with. I appreciate being able to have therapy via Zoom it makes life so much easier for me. I highly recommend LifeStance Health.”
“Why book me at a different location... Better directions would have helped. The entry door is not well marked. I say at the wrong location (one very nearby) for 20 minutes. I was angry that the delay made me angry, that the VA might be billed because I was late, and I took it out on staff.”
“Lifestance has provided me with a positive experience in learning about and maintaining my mental health. All the providers I have worked with have been supportive, informative and professional. I truly believe that Lifestance has helped change my life for the better. I highly recommend Lifestance if you are seeking help and support with mental health, namely managing grief and recovery from trauma and abuse with talk therapy and medication management.”
“Avoid this company and find a different practice if you can. Their phone system is designed so it's almost impossible to reach a person. I've had two providers through this company and both left because apparently it's a terrible place to work. It's a franchise with a focus on profit, not patient care. They make providers sign a non-compete clause so you can't continue to see your provider in their new practice. The last provider left right before I had open heart surgery. She urged me to stress to Lifestance that need I have a new provider in place so I would have support after hospitalization. They refused and wouldn't give me an appointment until May. Now I have been discharged and need my medications adjusted ASAP due to post-OHS psychiatric effects and they say they can't fit me in.”
